Virtual: Private Gentle Flow Yoga Class

Gentle Flow Yoga (60 minutes)

This class offers a slow, mindful flow designed to gently stretch and strengthen your body while calming your mind. You’ll move through intentional poses that improve mobility, release tension, and restore balance, all while connecting breath to movement. This practice is perfect for all levels, providing a safe space to explore your body’s natural rhythm and reconnect with your faith.
