Grab your bestie. your daughter. your sister. or your favorite female person and join me for a joyful Galentine’s morning designed to celebrate the women who make life sweeter.

We will begin with a 60 minute partner yoga class that is playful and accessible for all levels. You will move together, breathe together, laugh together, and enjoy the kind of connection that only happens when women slow down and show up for one another.

After class we will gather for a nourishing brunch created to help you linger, savor, and enjoy this time of sisterhood.

Tickets are sold as a partner set for $75, so you can come with someone you love and enjoy the full experience together.

Come celebrate friendship, connection, and a morning of fun and movement.

Spots are limited to 10 partner groups so be sure to reserve yours early.

In Person: Private Gentle Flow Yoga Class

Gentle Flow combines a series of postures, where with a gentler, lighter paced flow, students will be able to move with a sense of ease from one posture to another, coordinated with the breath. This softer pace will allow you to be more present with each posture. Designed to create space to explore your practice, to find the play between strength, stretch and flexibility, stability and ease, and to gain greater understanding of alignment and balance in the body.

In Person: Walk and Connect

Join me on Fridays at 8 AM for a simple way to move your body and nourish your soul. We will meet at my local coffee house. If the weather is amazing, we will enjoy an easy walk around the property and breathe in fresh air together. If not, we will grab a cozy cup of coffee inside and connect in conversation.

This is a gentle, faith inspired space for women to slow down, share stories, and feel supported in community. Come as you are. Wear comfy shoes, bring water if we walk, and plan for about an hour.
